– To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.

2. Digital Products:

– For digital products such as online courses or training materials, once you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, we cannot offer refunds due to the nature of digital content.

Refund Process

1. To initiate a refund, please contact us at business@techlearniversity.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

2. Refund Approval:

– Once your refund request is received, it will be reviewed. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3. Shipping Costs:

– Any shipping costs incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Exceptions

– Any course that has been accessed beyond 20% will not be eligible for a refund.
– In cases where technical issues prevent access to the course, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
